Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which already come with their phone. They scan a QR code and tap “Add”.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. iPhones use Apple Wallet and Android phones use Google Wallet. The card updates the same way on both.
What if a customer doesn't have a smartphone?
You can print their card with a QR code. Your staff scans it just like the digital one.
How do I get paid in the online shop?
You connect your own Stripe account and each order's money goes straight to you, by card or OXXO. fidlat takes no commission on sales.
Can I bring my current customers?
Yes. Import your list from a CSV file and each customer gets their card by email.
Do you issue invoices (CFDI)?
Yes, we send one when you request it with your tax details.
