Cookie Policy
EspañolLast updated: September 21, 2026
This policy explains the cookies used on the fidlat dashboard and public enrollment pages. It applies to Merchants who log into our dashboard and to Cardholders who enroll in a loyalty program. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes themselves do not use cookies — this policy covers our website only.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled. We do not ask for consent to set them.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Keeps a Merchant signed in to the dashboard (NextAuth) | Session / up to 30 days |
| authjs.csrf-token | Protects the login and dashboard forms from cross-site request forgery | Session |
2. Payment cookies
When a Merchant manages billing, Stripe sets its own cookies (e.g. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) for fraud prevention on the checkout/billing forms. These are set and controlled by Stripe, not by us — see Stripe's own cookie policy for details.
3. Analytics and advertising cookies
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required before setting them.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
